Suggested Activities (submitted by Hack Hansen):

• Magnet Letters are always popular as are any ABC Puzzles.
• Make copies of pages with letters on them coordinating with
  the lessons. Make the font rather large (100+) Give the student an
  extra huge push pin and they work on the carpet "punching the
  letters". When they are done it resembles a light bright paper. It
  helps the student learn the letter and shape as well and forcing
  them to work on small motor skills by pinching the push pin. They
  enjoy holding their page up to the window to see their pattern.
• Boggle Jr. This again helps them match letters up and also beginning word reading
