Each teacher in our grade level takes a different story related to the theme. We read the story and plan an short activity, sometimes writing, or a craft, acting out... The students move through each classroom, spending abut 45 minutes with each teacher. They love the change and look forward to "what's next?!" By the end of the day, they are excited to share what they did or learned in the other rooms. They really identify with the theme. by Marianne Fonvergne
